Farm information and farm rules
We ask you to follow the following yard rules and instructions during your visit:

Our animals are very dear to us. We ask that you treat our animals with respect and reserve the right to terminate your visit without a refund if you are unable to comply with this.

During your visit, you will be given important guidelines on how to interact with cattle. Our animals are used to people and are very peaceful. We are always on hand to ensure your safety. Nevertheless, please be aware that there is a residual risk of injury when in contact with animals.

Our animals are regularly checked for diseases by us and our vet and receive medical treatment where necessary. Please note, however, that it cannot be completely ruled out that contact with our animals may lead to unforeseen reactions (e.g. allergies, skin rashes).

Out of consideration for our animals, dogs are not permitted on the premises.

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas on the farm.

For safety reasons, you must not explore the farm grounds on your own.

Warning: We have electric fences on our farm.

Our farm and the animal enclosures are not wheelchair accessible.

Feel free to take lasting memories of yourself with our animals. However, photography and filming for commercial purposes are prohibited.

Please choose your clothing carefully. Sometimes our animals lick or nibble at clothing. Please wear sturdy footwear or bring your wellies with you. We also have a selection of wellies on the farm which you are welcome to borrow.

Please avoid using perfume or use very little if possible. Cattle have a keen sense of smell. Unfamiliar, strong smells may irritate them and cause them to retreat.

Our event generally takes place whatever the weather. We recommend wearing appropriate weatherproof outdoor clothing.

We reserve the right to cancel the event in the event of extreme weather conditions or illness, and to reschedule to a suitable alternative date.

We accept no liability for damage or injury of any kind, whether to persons, property or assets.
