How your visit will proceed:
We welcome you to our farm and briefly explain what you need to be aware of and how best to behave. Afterwards, we'll head out to see our miniature Galloways.
While our animals sniff you, we'll give you some important tips on how to interact with our cattle. You'll also have time to ask anything you've ever wanted to know about cattle. Finally, we'll go to the pasture area, and you can have direct contact with our animals. Of course, our miniature Galloways are free to decide how close they want you to get. With patience and a gentle approach, you'll certainly be able to pet and brush them.
But please don't be sad if they don't want to lie down next to you; perhaps they would rather eat or walk around.
Number of persons
Generally, the number of people is limited to 6 to ensure the animals aren't overwhelmed. If you'd like to come with more people, please contact us – we'll definitely find a solution!
Children
Children aged 6 and older are usually able to behave quietly. This is important around animals. Of course, you can also bring younger children, but please let us know so we can accommodate your needs and tailor your visit accordingly!
School classes/kindergarten groups
You are also welcome to join us as a kindergarten or school group. The price per child is €5-8 (depending on group size). Please contact us so we can discuss the details!
